Walking to the Floyd Country Store was a highlight, and the atmospheric decor made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was adequate, but the quirky room layout could use clearer instructions .

location: the hotel was very close to eating places, and the center of town. the morning meal was delicious and plentiful with freshly made eggs, fresh fruit, sausage.

While the atmosphere was lovely, inconsistent room service can be frustrating, and the breakfast has shifted to a more standard offering compared to previous visits.

Everything was excellent, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The employees were pretty friendly and offered good services. Room was unique with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. All in all our stay was perfect 10/10, nothing too much trouble.

The charm of floyd really came through with the local designs in the room and the sincere friendliness of the staff. Strolling through the quaint downtown area was good with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

I recently spent 2 nights at this charming hotel and loved the unique local artwork in my room and throughout the common areas. The breakfast was a good surprise, served on real plates with mostly homemade dishes. Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was quite uncomfortable.. I would definitely consider staying here again despite the mattress issue.

The build quality throughout the hotel really stood out. The handcrafted lamps made from repurposed trombone parts added a unique charm to the atmosphere. The convenience of being just steps away from the Floyd General Store and its Friday Night Jamboree. The breakfast featured delicious homemade options served on real plates.

The view from our room included an adjacent cemetery, which might not be to everyone's taste.

Spacious room with excellent bathroom and temperature control. Locally made items in the room, including a coffee maker with organic coffee. Continental breakfast included with organic and locally grown produce. Excellent location near downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely, newly refurbished hotel in a charming town. We were kinda surprised by the modern amenities and really good service. The hotel's location, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, was very convenient. The room we stayed in, Angels in the Attic, was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail, such as the handmade quilt and charging station for electronics, made our stay even better. Despite a minor issue with noise and a non-smoking room, overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
